Terms of Service

Last updated 12 August 2026

1. Who these terms are with

These terms are an agreement between you and ZRventures, a software company based in Draper, Utah, United States. They govern your use of our software, including the Onceentered browser extension.

By installing or using our software, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not install it, and uninstall it if you already have.

2. What you are buying

A paid subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for as long as the subscription is active. You are licensed to use it, not sold ownership of it.

A free version is available with reduced limits. It is offered as-is, with no obligation on us to keep offering it.

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software, remove or alter its notices, or attempt to defeat its licensing.

3. Payment

Our payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, who act as the merchant of record. They are the seller of record for your purchase, they process your payment, and they collect and remit any applicable sales tax or VAT. Their terms and privacy policy govern the transaction itself. We never see or store your card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown when you subscribed, until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If we change our prices, existing subscribers keep their current price until they cancel or their subscription lapses.

4. Your responsibilities — please read this one

Our software helps you enter information into forms. It does not decide what that information should be, and it does not decide whether a form is correct.

The line we will not cross

Onceentered never submits a form. It fills fields, shows you what it filled and what it could not match, and stops. You review what is on the screen, and you submit it. The accuracy of anything you submit remains yours.

You are also responsible for:

  • Having the right to hold and use the information you enter into a profile. If it belongs to a client, applicant, patient, candidate or any other third party, you are the one who owes them a duty of care — we never receive it and cannot be that custodian for you.
  • Meeting your own regulatory obligations. If you work in insurance, lending, healthcare, immigration, staffing or any other regulated field, our software is a tool you use inside your obligations, not a substitute for them, and using it does not transfer any of them to us.
  • Securing the computer the software runs on. Because profiles are stored on your device rather than on a server of ours, the security of that device is the security of that data.

5. Your data

Onceentered stores the profiles you create in your own browser, on your own computer. We do not receive them, we hold no copy of them, and we have no ability to retrieve them for you.

The one exception is licence verification, which sends your licence key — and nothing else — to confirm your subscription is active. What that request contains is described in full in the product's privacy policy.

A consequence worth stating plainly: because we hold nothing, we cannot restore your profiles if you lose the device, reset the browser, or uninstall the extension. That is the cost of the design, and we think it is the right trade.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the software working and to fix what breaks. We do not promise that it will be free of faults, that it will work with every website, or that any particular website will keep behaving the way it does today — third-party portals change without telling us.

We may update the software, change how features work, or discontinue a product. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid subscription provides, we will tell you before it takes effect, and you may cancel and request a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

7. Warranties and liability

The software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZRventures is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost business, or losses arising from information you submitted to a third party. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the software at any time by cancelling your subscription and uninstalling it. Your profiles remain on your device until you delete them or remove the extension.

We may suspend or end your licence if you breach these terms, if payment fails and is not resolved, or if we are required to by law. If we end it without cause, we will refund the unused portion of what you have paid.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Utah have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your own country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the software after that means you accept the change.
