Onceentered for immigration & legal

One client. A family of forms. The same date of birth, the same address history, asked for again on every one.

The matter this is about

Immigration work is the purest version of this problem. One client's biographical detail — full legal name and every other name used, date and place of birth, nationality, passport number, address history, employment history, family members — is asked for by form after form, in a slightly different order each time.

A paralegal enters it. Then enters it again. Then a family member is added and the round starts over, because a spouse's petition asks for the petitioner all over again.

The information does not change. Only the boxes do.

Where this work goes

Named as categories of destination, not as integrations, and no affiliation with any government agency is claimed or implied. Onceentered has no per-site templates and nothing to configure — it reads whatever form is on the screen.

Two honest limits, before you install it

Say this now rather than at a refund

Onceentered fills web forms. It fills the boxes on a page in your browser. It does not fill downloadable PDF forms, and it cannot fill a form you have saved to your own disk and opened as a file — the extension deliberately asks for no permission to read local files, which is part of why it is safe to install. If the form you dread is a PDF, this is not yet the tool for it.

The second limit is smaller and worth knowing: it is a typing tool and nothing more. It does not check a form for completeness, does not advise on eligibility, and makes no determination about any person. It puts the details you already hold into the boxes that ask for them, and it hands the page back to you.

The fields that actually break autofill

Browser autofill knows one identity — the person at the keyboard. In a law office that person is never the client.

Where the client's data sits

On the machine, and nowhere else

There is no account and no sign-in. We operate no server that could receive a client's details, and the extension contains no code capable of sending them. Nothing is copied to a Google account, because Chrome's synchronised storage is never touched. It requests no host permissions and cannot read a page until you open it on one.

For a firm holding privileged client information, that is the whole point: the shortest true answer to "what does this vendor have" is "nothing". The privacy policy sets it out, and every claim in it is enforced by an executable check that fails the build.

It never submits. The person responsible for the filing is the person who files it.

What it costs

Free: one client profile, unlimited fills — enough to carry one real matter through two forms today.

$28 per month, or $280 per year — two months free

If a subscription lapses, extra profiles lock rather than delete. Nothing entered is ever destroyed.
