One borrower. A dozen destinations. The same 1003 details, retyped in every one.
You take the borrower's information once, and then it goes everywhere. The LOS. The pricing engine. The verification vendor. The title company's portal. The condo questionnaire. The insurance quote. The state licensing form nobody has updated since 2011.
Every one of them wants the same borrower, and no two of them agree on what to call a field. It is the same person, entered from scratch, over and over, by someone paid to originate loans rather than to transcribe them.
Then a co-borrower is added, and every destination needs the round again.
Named as examples of where the retyping goes, not as integrations. Onceentered has no per-site templates and nothing to configure — it reads whatever form is on the screen. That is why it works on the vendor nobody has ever built a connector for.
Onceentered is a typing tool. It fills form fields and nothing else. It does not underwrite, price, score, pre-qualify, or make any determination about any borrower. It does not decide where a file should go and it does not read a decision back. Every judgement stays with you, your underwriter and the investor.
Browser autofill knows one person: you. A password manager shares your own identities. Neither has ever been able to hold a borrower.
On the machine the loan officer is sitting at. We operate no server that could receive it, and the extension contains no code capable of sending it. It is not copied into a Google account, because Chrome's synchronised storage is never used. The extension requests no host permissions, so it has no standing access to any site and cannot read a page until it is deliberately opened on one.
On the free plan it makes no network request whatsoever. On a paid licence, the single request it ever makes carries a licence key and opaque licence-instance identifiers — never a profile, field value, or computer name. The privacy policy spells it out, and every claim in it is enforced by an executable check that fails the build.
It never submits. It fills, it reports what it filled and what it skipped, and it stops. The person licensed to send the file is the person who sends it.
Free: one borrower profile, unlimited fills — enough to carry a live file through two destinations today.
$28 per month, or $280 per year — two months free
If a subscription lapses, extra profiles lock rather than delete. Nothing entered is ever destroyed.
Tell me which portals a single file touches in your shop and you will get the link the day it goes live, at the founding price held for as long as you keep the subscription.
